The route every phone takes
From arrival at Ringo to the parcel at your door, stage by stage.
Arrival at Ringo
Phones arrive at our warehouse in Żory. Each unit is checked in individually and gets its own card.
Visual grading
We inspect the housing, display, frame and back under light. The phone is graded A or A/B; anything lower stays out of the wholesale offer.
Functional test
A technician checks about 40 points: cameras, Face ID or Touch ID, battery health, speakers and microphones, display and touch, charging, connectivity, buttons and many more.
Recording
We record IMEI, model, storage, colour, grade and battery health. That data becomes the list of available phones.
Offer on WhatsApp
We send the current offer on WhatsApp. You pick models and quantities, and we prepare your order.
Packing and shipping
Once payment is received, we ship. Shipping within Poland is free; abroad we quote it per order.

Frequently asked questions
What kind of invoice do you issue?
Mainly a VAT margin scheme invoice. Where the offer says so, we issue an invoice with 23% VAT, or with 0% VAT for customers abroad.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can start with 1–5 phones and order more once you've checked the quality.
How long is the warranty and how do returns work?
Every phone comes with a 45-day warranty. We handle RMA claims within 3–5 days.
Who pays for shipping on a return?
Sending the device back to us is at the customer's cost. If we repair the phone under RMA, we cover shipping it back to you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Poland with InPost is free. Abroad we ship with UPS Express and quote the cost per order, depending on the country and order size.
How fast can you fulfil a larger order?
